Canadian outfit Farewell to Freeway mix hardcore, Rock, pop, and progressive strains of metal with tight instrumental work and vocal interplay. Their unique hybrid is summed up on the band's debut full length, DEFINITIONS. They shift from ferocious riffing, demonic-sounding vocals to soaring, harmony-laden melodic choruses, F2F can sometimes sound like different bands within the same song, but it's that very eclecticism that makes them appealing.
